This week's bulletin was made possible with information
provided by Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, Nikolai, UA9KM, QRZ
DX, The 599Rpt, The Daily DX, The DXNS and Contest Corral from
QST. Thanks to all.
TANZANIA, 5H. Harald, DL7VSN, will be QRV as
5H/DL7VSN from Zanzibar from September 7 to 27. He plans to be
active on 80 to 10 meters, using mostly CW. He will try some 160
meter operation if possible. QSL to home call.
CEUTA, EA9. Frank, EA5RD, and Kim, EA5ND,
will be QRV as EA9/homecalls September 6 and 7. They will operate
from Muralla Real, and can be found on 80 to 10 meters, using CW,
SSB and RTTY. QSL to home calls.
WALLIS ISLAND, FW. Marcel, ON4QM, will be QRV
from September 8 until mid November. Callsign is unknown at this
time. He will be active on 40 to 10 meters using SSB. He hopes to
be active from Futuna Island for one week as well. QSL to home
call.
ANTARCTICA. Roman, EM1KA, will be QRV from
the Ukrainian research base at Vernadsky for another year. There
is the possibility of some 6 meter operation from here. He is
regularly QRV on 1827 khz at 0400z. QSL via JA2JPA.
DJIBOUTI, J2. Dominique, J28YC, and others
will be QRV as J28YC/P from Moucha Island, IOTA AF-053, until
September 5. They will be active on all HF bands using SSB. QSL
to home call.
SVALBARD, JW. Carlos, LA9PJA, will be QRV in
September as JW9PJA. He will operate using CW, SSB, RTTY and
PACTOR. There is also the possibility of some SSTV and satellite
operation. QSL to home call.
WESTERN KIRIBATI, T30. Steve, 3D2SJ, is QRV
as T30NAS. His length of stay is unknown. QSL to home call.
EASTERN KIRIBATI, T32. Tuck, KH6DFW, will be
QRV until September 8 as T32BI. QSL to home call.
BENIN, TY. Sigi, TY1IJ, will be QRV until
September 19 on all HF bands. QSL via DK8ZD.
ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA9. Members of the Nadym DX
Club will be QRV from Belyy Island, IOTA AS-083, in the Karskoe
Sea, from September 8 to 18, using the special callsign R9KM. CW
and SSB operations will be on 160 to 10 meters, including the
newer bands. There may also be some RTTY operation. QSL via
UA9KM.
