MONACO, 3A. 3A/VA3EU has been QRV on 10108
khz between 0300 and 0430z. QSL to home call.
FIJI, 3D2. Birgit, DL7IO, and Holger, DL7AU,
are active as 3D2IO and 3D2AO, respectively, until December 9.
QSL both calls via DL7VRO. Meanwhile, Hirotada, JA0SC, is QRV as
3D2HY on 80 to 10 meters using SSB and RTTY until December 5. QSL
to home call.
TUNISIA, 3V. Hrane, YT1AD, has been QRV from
club station 3V8BB on 28023 khz from 1530 to 1630z. QSL via
YT1AD.
VIETNAM, 3W. Members of the Tallinn Youth
Radio Club will be QRV as 3W6KM from December 5 to January 4,
2000. Activity will be on all bands and modes. QSL via ES1AKM.
JAMAICA, 6Y. Alan, G3XAQ, is QRV as G3XAQ/6Y5
until December 9. QSL to home call.
BURUNDI, 9U. Gus, 9U5D, has been QRV on CW on
14035 khz starting around 0430z. QSL via SM0BFJ.
SAINT MARTIN, FS. Members of the North Jersey
DX Association are QRV as FS/W2QM until December 8. RTTY and 160
meters operations are planned in addition to the regular HF
bands. QSL via W2QM.
PANAMA, HP. Radio amateurs here can use the
prefix 3F until January 5, 2000, in commemoration of the transfer
of the Panama Canal. Look for 3F1AC, for example, to be QRV on
all bands using CW. QSL via HP1AC
GUERNSEY, GU. Jim, G0OFE, will be QRV as
GU0OFE from December 8 to 13. This includes an entry in the ARRL
10 Meter contest. QSL to home call.
SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Danny, LZ2UU, will be
active as LZ0A from the Bulgarian Antarctic base on Livingston
Island from December 4 to February, 2000. QSL via LZ1KDP.
ANTARCTICA. Look for Niall, VP8NJS, to be QRV
until February 1, 2000, and Art, KC4/KL7RL, to be active from
Antarctic Base Patriot Hills. QSL via operator's instructions.
CAMBODIA, XU. Andy, G4ZVJ, has extended his
stay and is active as XU7AAV until December 5. QSL to home call.
Meanwhile, Yoh, 7L1MFS and Koji, JS6BLS, are active as XU2C on 40
to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY until December 5. QSL via
JS6BLS.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The ARRL 160 Meter
Contest, QRP ARCI Holiday Spirits Homebrew CW Sprint and the TOPS
Activity 3.5 MHz CW Contest are all scheduled for this weekend.
