VIETNAM, 3W. Tom, 3W7CW, has been QRV on 28007 kHz just prior to 1100z.

LIBYA, 5A. Abubaker, 5A1A, is QRV on all bands as 5A31 during September. This callsign celebrates the 31st anniversary of the Libyan revolution. QSL via operator instructions.

TOGO, 5V. Andy, G4ZVJ, is now QRV as 5V7VJ, and has been active on 30, 20, 17 and 12 meters. Activity on 160 meters is expected soon. QSL to home call.

UGANDA, 5X. Matts, 5X1Z, has been QRV on 28455 kHz from 1900 to 2000z. QSL via SM6CAS.

MOZAMBIQUE, C9. Rei, C91RF, is QRV from Mocambique Island from September 15 to 17. This is the first IOTA operation from this new group. QSL via DL6DQW.

GERMANY, DA. Look for DF8QW and DF8XU to operate from Pellworm Island, IOTA EU-042, from September 17 to October 15. QSL to home calls.

WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS, FW. Guy, FW5ZL, has been QRV on 10 meters between 0845 to 1045z.

ITALY, I. IR0MM will be QRV from September 15 to 17 from Montecassino Abbey. QSL via I0YKN.

OGASAWARA, JD1. JN1HOW/JD1 has been QRV on 20 meters RTTY. He was also on 40 and 30 meters CW. QSL via operator instructions.

MIDWAY ISLAND, KH4. Ted, NH6YK, will be active again as NH4/NH6YK from September 17 to 21. Although he has to do some work on the island, it looks like he will have some spare time to operate from the station there. QSL to home call.

POLAND, SP. Special event station 3Z0MM is again active until November 30 to celebrate the millennium of the historical meeting of Polish King Chrobry with German Emperor Otton III in Szprotawa. QSL via bureau.

WESTERN KIRIBATI, T30. Jack, VK2GJH, is QRV as T30JH from South Tarawa until September 26. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters, with a directed effort on 6 meters. QSL to home call.

NAMIBIA, V5. Frank, V51AS, has been QRV on 80 meters between 0200 and 0400z.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X. Bert is QRV as VK9XV, and has been active around 28490 kHz from 1400 to 1730z. QSL via PA3GIO.

U.K. SOVEREIGN BASE AREAS ON CYPRUS, ZC4. ZC4RAF has been working US stations on 21290 kHz from 1700 to 1800z. QSL via 5B4YX.

TRISTAN DA CUNHA, ZD9. Bob is active as ZD9ZM and has been starting his days around 0800z and usually finishes by 2300z. He is now QRV on 30 through 10 meters. QSL via K4CIA.
