SWAZILAND, 3DA. Andre, ZS6WPX, will be active
as 3DA0WPX on all bands, including 6 meters until January 28. QSL
to home call.
CYPRUS, 5B. Bob, 5B4AGN, and George, 5B4AGC,
are active as ZC4A until January 28 from the Akrotiri Base. This
includes an entry in the CQ WW 160-Meter CW contest. QSL via
operator's instructions.
UGANDA, 5X. Peter, 5X1T, has been QRV on 20
meters using SSB from 1930 to 2030z. QSL via ON5NT.
MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3. Hermann, HB9CRV, will
be QRV in the CQ WW 160-Meter CW contest as CT3FN. QSL to home
call.
FRENCH GUYANA, FY. The Kourou Radio Club
station FY5KE has been showing up on 160 meters recently between
0030 and 0200z.
GUERNSEY, GU. Ed, G3SQX, will be QRV in the
CQ WW 160-Meter CW contest as MU2K from the Guernsey Amateur
Radio Society club station. QSL to home call.
THAILAND, HS. Club station HS0AC has special
permission to operate on 1835 kHz for the CQ WW 160-Meter CW
contest.
GRENADA, J3. Willi, DJ7RJ, is QRV as J3/DJ7RJ
until February 3. He is active on 160 to 6 meters using CW and
SSB. Willi plans to be an entry in the CQ WW 160-Meter CW
contest. QSL to home call.
US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2. Look for W8UVZ and
K8GG to be QRV during the CQ WW 160-Meter CW contest as NP2S. QSL
contest call via NP2S.
FRANZ JOSEF LAND, R1FJ. R1FJV has been QRV on
160 and 80 meters between 2300 and 0000z. He has also been active
on 17 meters after 1000z. QSL via UA3AGS.
BANGLADESH, S2. John, KX7YT, is QRV as S21YV
from Dhaka until February 1. His activity is only on 20 meters,
using SSB, PSK31, MFSK16 and possibly CW and RTTY. He'll look
stateside around 0100 and 1500z. QSL to home call.
GUATEMALA, TG. TD0G is QRV until January 28
on 80 to 10 meters from the Mayan City of Yaxha. QSL via operator
instructions.
TURKS AND CAICOS, VP5. WB9Z, K9NR, K9QT and
possibly AK9F plan to operate as homecalls/VP5 until January 27.
They will participate in the CQ WW 160-Meter CW contest as VP5F.

VIETNAM, XV. Torsten, XV9TH, has been QRV on
28466 kHz between 1200 to 1300z. QSL via SK7AX. Meanwhile, XV2J
has been QRV on 7012 kHz between 1100 and 1130z and later on
21012 kHz between 0100 to 0230z. QSL via operator instructions.
IRAQ, YI. Rodger, YI1BGD, has been QRV on
24935 kHz around 1430z and later on 18130 kHz around 1600z. QSL
via G0MMI.
ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8. John, KR6MR, is QRV as
ZD8CA for at least a few weeks. QSL to home call.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The CQ WW
160-Meter CW DX Contest, REF French CW Contest, UBA Phone Contest
and Kansas QSO Party will keep contesters busy this weekend.
