MONACO, 3A. The administration of Monaco has authorized 6 meters for amateur use. Laura, 3A2MD is attempting to get equipment set up for this band.

VIETNAM, 3W. Hans, WA1LWS, will be QRV as 3W2LWS from February 17 to March 6. This includes entries in both ARRL DX Contests. QSL to home call.

BAHAMAS, C6. Dick, N4RP, is QRV as C6AKP from South Bimini, IOTA NA-048, until February 21 on all bands using mostly CW. He will also be QRV with W4SAA in the ARRL DX CW Contest as a Multi/Multi entry. QSL to home call.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0. Dick, DJ2EH, is QRV as CE0YEH. Activity is on 20, 15, 12 and 10 meters using CW and SSB. His length of stay is unknown. His XYL Ann, DL8NBH, is also with him. QSL to home call.

COMOROS, D6. The D68C operation is in full operation. Activity is on all bands and modes. The group is here until February 28. QSL via G3SWH.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO. F5DYD is now QRV as FO5RA for 2 years. Look for him on 6 meters around 0700 to 1700z and 28470 kHz around 1630z. QSL via operator's instructions.

MARQUESAS ISLANDS, FO. Wulf, DL1AWI, is QRV as FO/DL1AWI. He has been active on 10 meters around 2000z. QSL to home call.

SCOTLAND, GM. Leo, W3LEO, will be QRV from Portpatrick as MM0LEO in his spare time. QSL to home call.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0. KH0/JQ1NGT and KH0/JI1EFP are active from Saipan, IOTA OC-086, until February 19. Activity is on all bands using CW and SSB. They plan to participate in the ARRL DX CW Contest as either Single/Op or Multi/Single entries. QSL both calls via JQ1NGT.

EASTERN KIRIBATI, T32. A group of Czech hams are QRV as T32RD until March 4. Activity is on all bands, including 6 meters. QSL via OK1RD.

PALAU, T8. Mike, JA6EGL, and Masaru, JM6VOV, are QRV as T88SM using CW, and T88VO using SSB, respectively, until February 20. Activity is on 160 to 10 meters. QSL to home calls.

UKRAINE, UR. Nikolay, UX0FF, is licensed to use the special contest call EO6F. He will be an All Band/High Power entry in the ARRL DX CW Contest. QSL to home call.

ANTIGUA, V2. Ed, N2ED, is active as V26EW until February 20. He will also be active as V26G in the ARRL DX CW Contest. QSL to home call.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Ed, AJ6V, will participate in the ARRL DX CW Contest as VP5U. Before and after the contest he will operate SSB as VP5/AJ6V. QSL via WA4WTG.

MACAO, XX9. Ulf, SM0GNU, is QRV as XX9TDX until February 20. He will also be a Single Op/All Band entry in the ARRL DX CW Contest. QSL to home call.
