the end of June, 1999, and the P.O. Box in V63 will also
be closed. Please send any QSL claims after closing to
JA6NL through JARL (JA's QSL Bureau).
Andy, SP6ECA, reports SN6F/1 (1998) QSL

via the DARC bureau. In case of problems, please E-mail
Andy at: asadow@ita.pwr.wroc.pl.
QSLs for SN6F/1 (1999 operation) are via SP6ECA, bureau
or direct and will be 100% confirmed.
Peter, DL3APO, informs OPDX the QSL
cards for FO0AWI and FO0XUU are ready and Gerd, DL5AWI,
has started to answer the 5000 request. Also, Peter has
sent OPDX a picture of the QSL and it can be seen on the
Web at: http://www.en.com/users/k8yse/rurutu1.jpg.
Olda, OK1YM, reports that he is not the
QSL Manager for John, SV1DKR. Olda has operated from
John's station from time to time and usually announces
his activities via InterNet. However, he has been
receiving some QSL cards addressed to his home address
but has never been active as a QSL Manager for SV1DKR.
Plese send all QSL via SV bureau or direct to SV1DKR:
John Kyriakos, 4, El. Venizelou str., C.P. 173 43,
ATHENS, GREECE.
Alan, VK8AV, reports that rumors that he
will never answer QSL via the Bureau is not altogether
true. Alan informs OPDX that he presently has 7 kilos of
QSLs which have been built up over the past year while he
has been away. Alan states, "I may get around to
answering them - sometime.......eventually. However, a
direct QSL with the appropriate SASE will get a response
within 48 hours. Together with the special Alice Springs
Telegraph Station postmark where possible. By the way,
'green stamps' are more negotiable than IRCs."
Again, VK8AV's direct address is: Alan R. Viegas, P. O.
Box 3718, Alice Springs NT, Australia 0871.
Karl, DL2FAG, reports the QSL cards for
the S79YL, S79ZG and S79FAG activity have arrived from
the printer, and the QSL Manager, DL7AFS, has started to
answer all direct QSL requests. Please be patient and do
not send a second QSL. Bureau cards will be answered
later this year.
Charles, K4VUD, reports that the 9N7UD
QSL cards for direct requests have been filled out and
mailed. Charles states, "However, a few of the 15
meters CW QSL cards I sent have a minor error -- the
freq. is mistakenly listed as 21.224 instead of 21.024
and the date and time is about six hours off. All these
"errors" do not matter to the DXCC desk, as far
as I can see, because the band is correct, the mode is
correct, and the year is correct. So, I would advise,
relax and enjoy the card."
Laurie, VK4BLE, WIAQ QSL Bureau Manager,
reports QSL cards for VK4CEJ and VK4DZ are to be sent
direct to John and Graeme only. They both do not wish to
accept any QSL cards via the bureau. VK4CEJ - John Caine,
PO BOX 80, LAIDLEY, 4341, QLD, AUSTRALIA. VK4DZ - Graeme
Bracht, PO BOX 24, LAIDLEY, 4131, QLD, AUSTRALIA.

QSL Manager for S0WW. This station is pirate.
