9N7YJ -- All direct cards with sufficient return postage
and SAE are now replied immediately. He has received
about 2000 requests so far. Cards sent via the bureau
will take much more time. He has started to reply to the
bureau cards; however, direct cards have priority. XU7ACW

finish all direct request during February. MI0YJR -- Are

10.00 to NKr. 10.50, and at the same time 1 USD is down
to NKr. 6.79.!!! Send a SAE plus 1 IRC (or 2 US) or I
will just reply via the bureau. This goes for all
countries (including Japan and Russia.) As you can see I
have managed to get acceptance for receiving cards via
the LA bureau. All logs are done by hand and checked out
by hand as well. No computer log available. At the
moment, I am just having enjoyed a nice holiday with the
family awaiting a minor operation at a local
hospital." OPDX hopes things go well for Hugo with a
speedy recovery from his operation. He also told OPDX
that he does not know where he will go next, but it will
not be anytime soon; at least not until late February.

1988, into the LoTW. He states, "Got some of them up
and will put the rest as I transcribe them. I will
continue to provide hardcard QSLs upon request. USA only
requires a SASE. Non USA only requires a SAE, 1 IRC is
sufficient. All bureau requests will be replied via the
